The MMC45 is the smallest in our VMC range with a footprint of only 1650mm x 2250mm x 2370mm yet still offer X-Y-Z Travels: 450mm x 300mm x 250mm.
Large diameter ball-screws used on all axes to ensure precision cutting by giving rigidity, longevity and vibration absorption. The MMC45 is Powered by a 7.0kw AC digital closed Loop Spindle motor with BT 40 taper spindle that operates up to 8,000 rpm.
Total machine weight of 2,900 Kg along with heavily ribbed casting and sturdy construction, With 12-pockets Carousel Type automatic tool changer which holds up to 75 mm diameter & tools weight up to 6 KG, reducing the need to change tools for each new job.
All this coupled with the Centroid M400 control control with Conversational programming – no prior CNC knowledge required. The transfer of large 3D cnc programmes from Cam systems is easily achieved using the standard USB ports and Ethernet.
